Description:
Designed in profiled heating circuits for evener heating performance across the whole surface, this is a wonderful silicone heater pad for your large format CR10 S5 3D printers.
A " Plug & Play" solution with a standard US 2 prong plug fitted.
Comes in dual heating zones. Inner zone 200mm x 200mm 200W, and outer zone 1100W.
LED lighted inline on/off switch offers convenient control over the outer zone where heat may not be necessary when small items are being printed.
Integrated with digital controller of large capacity( 30A), ready to be used with NO MORE tedious wiring before precise temperature is possible. Important Notes:
This is developed to fit the recent update Creality made to the S5 aluminum plate with 24 holes. This fits the old version of 4 holes also. Creality may further update this aluminum plate without prior notice. Please kindly check if this one fits your printer before the purchase.
Please heat only when after it's mounted onto the build plate (Aluminum plate recommended).
A supporting frame/layer is strongly suggested to have the heating element "sandwiched" tightly for better heating result.
Please read the Controller Configuration Manual, especially the "Advanced Setting" part, carefully BEFORE making any changes on the controller.
The controller unit is 100% brand new. Yet due to manufacturing reasons, stains, dusts or scratches may be present on the silicone case. It may also fit less tight as shown in the picture. Please consider this before the purchase.
