All refurbished units may still consist of some exterior defects, however, these defects will not affect the normal usage of the 3D printer and the quality of print.



Warranty and customer services will be covered, however, only with part replacements (only if DOA or quality issues that affect the normal usage of the 3D printer or quality of print), and all refurbished units are non-returnable and non-refundable (if DOA, please provide pictures or video).
